Careers Development Group (CDG) is hosting a careers fair on Friday 19 April.
CDG is a national charity with over 30 years’ experience helping people stay and get back into work. The charity has been making great strides in Portsmouth, offering valuable support and guiding people into employment.
Inviting several employers to meet and greet prospective recruits, CDG Portsmouth will be hosting a careers fair. The event will offer locals a fantastic opportunity to have face to face meetings and discussions with employers, with a view to landing a job and filling vacancies.
The event provides employers and CDG staff with the chance to discuss the various career paths available to CDG customers and members of the local community.
Employers and recruitment agencies from different industries will be promoting job opportunities in a range of sectors. The fair will showcase opportunities for jobseekers of all ages in Portsmouth, as well as offer insight into for re-training and funding.
The fair will be held at Holiday Inn, Pembroke Road, Portsmouth, PO1 2TA, between 10am and 3pm. The event is open to all.
